During this time, he provided legal counsel and representation to a diverse range of clients, specialising in matrimonial and children’s matters. His responsibilities included conducting legal research, preparing briefs, pleadings, and motions, as well as representing clients in court and administrative hearings.
He frequently collaborated with colleagues on complex legal matters and strategies, ensuring the best outcomes for clients. Emile also maintained detailed and comprehensive case files, upholding the highest standards of legal documentation and ethics. Following his long and successful tenure at Klopper Jonker Inc., Emile established his own legal practice, EMILE UNGERER ATTORNEY, where he continues to provide trusted legal services to clients with a particular focus on family law.
